Michaels Bio

M ichael Haran has been a research and technical and creative writer for over 30 years. Michael first started writing when he worked for Bechtel on the Alaskan Pipeline. In just over a year he completed the first comprehensive environment complacence manuals. For Bechtel he updated the Alberta Pipeline PERT program manual. From there he moved into the world of finance by writing the marketing package for the $22 million Bakewell-Brown Plaza in San Francisco.  For American Saving he wrote seven single family home PERT construction manuals and from there follow the creation of several policy and procedure, and mortgage sales manuals all in the financial industry.

About 15 years ago Mike started his creative writing career. Since them he has written numerous screenplays, has had one film, “Gas,” produced by 20th Century Fox (see Silver Screen Entertainment at ssefilm.com) and had written a YA novel. He has written several episodic TV “Bibles” (concept outlines and episode development) and written for local newspapers and periodicals.
